These heritage apples were prized in early America and used in traditional cider making dating back to the days of George Washington. After fermentation, Heirloom is barrel-aged for six months, adding depth and character while preserving the crisp apple profile at its core. Light carbonation gives it a clean, refreshing finish, while the barrel aging creates a richer, more complex cider than our traditional offerings. At 7.5% ABV, Heirloom is a small-batch cider made for those looking for something truly different.
